Shipping costs and delivery time

Delivers time

Packages are usually delivered within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment with DHL.

For items that are not in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time increases

to the number of working days stated in the item description.

Packages to Switzerland are usually delivered within 5 working days with DHL.

For items that are not in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time increases

to the number of working days stated in the item description.

If the specified delivery time cannot be met (e.g. due to delivery difficulties on the part of the manufacturer/supplier), you will be informed in writing (e-mail) within the specified delivery time.

Your shipping package

The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs.
The shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate (see table below).
For goods worth over €700, delivery is free of charge.
We recommend that you combine several items in one order.
We cannot combine two different orders and the shipping costs are calculated separately for each order.

The shipping boxes are wide and your goods are packaged well protected.
