Assembly of housing kits
We are always asked, "Can I do this with the assembly?"
Our answer is clear: YES!
All our kits are dimensionally CNC-freezed.
From a material thickness of 15mm, we basically use flat dowels for easy assembly.
The flat dowel system consists of the Lamellos and the necessary slots.
The slots are no longer visible after assembly.
The Lamellos supplied are simply inserted with some glue into the slots provided for this purpose.
As a result, the housing parts can be simply plugged together.
This ensures that all parts are in the right position.
Please make sure to use sufficient glue and suitable screw clamps.
For unskilled “housing builders” we recommend to put the housing parts together first without glue to get an impression of the procedure.
All these points provide a perfect result, with minimal effort.
