Features and sound

The EXPERIENCE V 20 is constructed as a 96-litre bass reflex housing and has a division arranged symmetrically around the tweeter in the sound wall layout, similar to the known D'Appolito principle.
In order to exclude disturbing influences of the sound wall on the radiating behavior as far as possible, the entire middle-high-tone unit is not positioned centrally but is displaced toward the inner side.

In the EXPERIENCE V 20, two parallel-connected W 200 S - 8 ohms operate as low-tone drivers up to approx. 450 Hz.
This is where the bass sounders take over.
The W 130 S - 8 ohms also connected in parallel cover the mean frequency band up to approx. 3000 Hz and are separated in the high tone area by the G 25 FFL - 8 ohm fabric cup.
The frequency switch is provided for the bi-wiring technique.
The first sound impression of the EXPERIENCE V 20 conveys the unobtrusive joy of playing this box.
In the lower octaves, the two 20 cm lowton chassis produce precise bass with a very dynamic punch for this box size.
The basic tone range (100 - 300 Hz) is "warm" tuned, and the middle tone range sounds absolutely linear and discolor-free and shines with a very plastic sound image that is perfectly detached from the box.
The crystal-clear and airy high-tone reproduction of the 25 mm fabric calotte completes the sound image of the box in the upper frequency band.
