Features and sound

The VIB 2000 GF is the further development of one of the most famous standboxes in the self-construction sector - the VISATON VIB.
The concept of the 2-way standbox in the 45 liter bass reflex housing has been maintained, but the fitting is new, and the frequency switch has been revised accordingly.
The GF 200 - works in the low and medium tone range- 2 x 4 Ohm, whose glass fiber membrane can execute a large stroke and thus provides strong bass even at high levels.
The parallel resonant circuit in front of the low-pass compensates for the mean-tone increase of the cone driver and guarantees a linear and discolor-free frequency response up to the takeover of the tweeter at approx. 2.5 kHz.
With an 18 dB high pass, the 25 mm fabric cup G 25 FFL - 8 Ohm is coupled cleanly.

The VIB 2000 GF shines through a dazzling but precise bass foundation with the deepest tones, a linear mid-tone band that is cleanly detached from the box and a soft and fine-drawing high-tone range.
