Features and sound
Like the original BIJOU, BIJOU is designed as a compact shelf box with high-end chassis.
The AL 170 - 8 ohm tweeter used here in the closed 10.5-l case ensures a crisp and precise bass, which does not seem to be drone even with direct wall fastening.
This was achieved by a frequency response which rises slightly up to about 1000 Hz, so that the BIJOU 170 should preferably be used as a wall/speaker.
The BIJOU 170 is available individually and can therefore also be used as a center loudspeaker, but also as a front and effect loudspeaker, supported by a subwoofer, excellently in a home cinema system.
