Visaton ARIA 2 MHT CENTER Lautsprecherbausatz

The ARIA 2 MHT CENTER is equipped with the popular chassis combination consisting of TI 100 - 8 Ohm and MHT 12 - 8 Ohm.
Due to this fitting and its linear frequency response, it is ideal as a supplement z.B. the VOX 253 MTI or the TOPAS to a high-end hot cinema system.
As used by the chassis arrangement of ARIA 2, the magnetostat is located in the middle of the slim sound wall, lined by the two titanium low-medium tones.
Unlike center speakers with real D'Appolito arrangement, the ARIA 2 MHT CENTER is ideal for horizontal positioning z.B. above or below the television, since it has a substantially lower degree of bundling.
Responsible for this is the refined 2.5-way wiping circuit. It separates one of the two tweeters already at 1800 Hz, while the second only leaves the high frequencies to the magnetostat from 4500 Hz.
This different treatment of the two TI 100 - 8 ohms prevents a pronounced directional characteristic which, although desired in a vertically positioned D'Appolito arrangement, should be avoided in a horizontally oriented center. All places in the home cinema can be sounded almost uniformly.
