Features and sound

The SUB W 130 X was developed as support for small and medium-sized systems in the bass sector.
It was essential to ensure the greatest possible compactness with the best possible depth.
This is only possible with loudspeakers with optimized parameters.
The W 130 X – 2 x 4 Ohm is created for this so that with only 7.5 l an amazing bass performance can be played.

Thanks to the very compact dimensions of 200 x 170 x 320 mm the subwoofer can be hidden almost anywhere in the room and thus completes the one or other system with bass weakness.
The applications range from PC speakers via simple stereo systems (u.a. also ceiling loudspeakers for a pleasant background sound, to compact surround systems.
For example, the SUB W 130 X is an optimal game partner for the “Soundbar” kit.
Usually, the subwoofer is simply connected parallel to the existing system to the amplifier output (respect: connection impedance of the amplifier, as well as the impedance of the other speakers!).
However, if you want to get some more out of it, you should reach a separate amplifier module (also called an active module).
This allows the best possible connection to the existing system and the individual taste to be adjusted.
The two frequency switches can of course be omitted for this measure and are not required thanks to the integrated variable filter of the active module.
